I have written a book about the healthy Indian diet. It comes out in May 2011.
While I talk about Indian food, the basic principles I explain in the book can be applied to any cuisine to make it healthier. It's just that I love Indian food, being an Indian-American myself. Starting closer to May 2011, I will begin writing blog posts about not just the Indian diet, but also about the science of how food interplays with your health.
