How to Use a Glass to Peel a Mango

I love "life hacks"! (Life hacks are tips that save time, money and/or having to clean a big mess, which are awesome.) When I saw this hack for one of our favorite foods, I had to post this up.

Mangos are great. From both a health and taste standpoint. But they are a pain in the youknowwhat to cut and peel. And they're a mess too. So this technique I first saw on Lifehacker is golden. You save time, avoid a big mess, and get to keep more of your mango to eat after you're done.

If you have a "life hack" for Indian food you'd like to share with everybody here, let us know by writing us at info@healthyindiandiet.com. Thanks!
