Paleo vs. Vegan

The Vegan and the Paleo Diets, two forms of dieting which people label extreme, seem to be very popular nowadays. Naturally, many wonder: Which one is healthier?

The answer depends of course on what healthy means to you (for example, does it mean not being sick, or does it mean feeling at your optimal level?). An article in Experience Life magazine explores what the Vegan and Paleo Diets are, attempts to dispel myths, and features experts who weigh in on which diet is better for you.

After reading this artcle, my personal verdict is that both diets are healthy because both are based on eating plants (which may comes as a surprise to people who believe Paleo is all about eating meat) and eating whole foods (which many though not all vegans do) and eating little to no processed carbs.

Hi!

vegan diet is not only good for our health, it is also food for the animals.

indian diet which is rich in milk products causes lot of pain and suffering for the innocent cows. cows are injected with harmones to produce more milk. ghee , which is a milk product, also causes lot of pain and suffering for the cows.

it's possile to get everything from vitamins to proteins in a vegan diet.

i wonder what sri krishna has to say regarding the suffering of cows in india and across the world.

nearly 80 years ago mahatma gandhi, decided not to consume milk after he came to know aout the cruel process, endured y the cows to produce more milk. imagine the condition of milk producing cows these days, it's really very saddening.

holy cow, vegan richa, fat free vegan, pcrm , india vegan ,provide a lot of information and tips regarding vegan diet.
